About the Founder
John F. Griffin is a retired Marine Corps infantry officer with special operations experience who completed multiple combat tours in Somalia, the Battle of Fallujah, Iraq, and the Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Whether delivering keynote speeches, facilitating workshops, or providing corporate development, John has a unique approach to build connections and relationships with every member of the team – from C-Suite executives to front line supervisors and entry-level associates. John is an award-winning practitioner, and his methodologies are backed by a rigorous academic history.
